My path to Lake Garda was no coincidence. It was a conscious decision – for a place that is more than just sunshine.

The combination of landscape, lifestyle and quality of living convinced me from the very beginning. And this exact mix is what I want to share today.

As a craftsman from Austria, I have a clear eye for substance, execution and detail. For me, classifying things, asking the right questions and assessing them realistically is just as important as sensing what truly feels right.

Over the years, this has grown into not only experience, but also a trusted network on site – with agents, local businesses and people who truly help you arrive here.

My work begins with getting to know you. Because before floor plans, lake views or garden size matter, the real question is what truly suits you.

The market around Lake Garda is broad – and not everything that looks convincing in photos truly delivers on site. That is exactly where I come in: I visit apartments, houses and interesting properties in person, coordinate with you and give you an open view of the actual conditions – clear, honest and unembellished.

This is not only about the property itself, but about the right classification: Which location really fits? Which use makes sense? And what will still feel right in the long term?

A sense for economic value is part of it as well – even if my real passion lies in detail and in understanding quality.

Especially with new developments, I can also accompany interested buyers during the construction phase if desired, with the eye of an Austrian craftsman and a solid feel for execution and materials. My direct contact with regional businesses on site is a real advantage here as well.
